PayPal payments:  Vendio Checkout directly supports Ebay PayPal payments.  Just as always, you will automatically be forwarded to PayPal's secure website to finalize payment.

Payment due within 10 days (more below). 

Multiple auction winners: Wait a few moments after you win your last auction and then check out.  Remember, the above "shopping cart" rule applies.   

If you want to buy more of a particular item and only see one for sale,  win the first auction (but don't pay yet) and check back in a few hours (sometimes more).  By then, another will have been posted automatically (otherwise, we're out of stock).  Remember, often we have more in our Ebay store. 

Money Order/Cashier's Check: be sure to include Ebay item number with payment so we can give you credit for paying and know what to send you!  We will contact you when payment is received.

If you want to know if we received your PayPal payment, check your PayPal account.  If you paid, we got it.

Kentucky residents will be charged 6 percent sales tax (by law).

EVERY BUYER will be sent two automatically generated emails ("payment received" and "item shipped") to the email address you have registered with Ebay.   If you did not receive them, confirm the address you have registered with Ebay is correct.  Or, check your spam folder.  Please, no emails asking if or when your item has been shipped.  We ship all paid items, and do so in the timeframe mentioned below.

Shipping and handling for U.S. domestic states and it's territories: $4.95 flat rate, $1.95 each additional item via U.S. Postal First Class with delivery confirmation (no tracking).

Shipping insurance:  $1. 25.  We are not responsible for lost for damaged mail.  We strongly recommend you buy insurance when completing payment.   We guarantee you will received a tested, good working item, but if you do not buy insurance, the guarantee is void.

We ship from Louisville, KY to all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.  Sorry, we do not ship to military addresses which use APOs or FPOs. 

Combined shipping on multiple purchases will be calculated automatically by Vendio.  Once you complete the checkout process, you will be able to combine additional purchases. 

Combining purchases/shipping is limited only to products sold from MyKeyless.  Sorry, no exceptions.

Once we receive payment, we will ship your item. Our customers usually receive their item within the same week payment is made (usually faster though). West coast shipping may require an extra day or so.  Sorry, no expedited shipping such as Overnight Mail, etc.  Weekend orders (Friday afternoon - Sunday)  are shipped Monday or sooner.

And finally...(new Ebayers especially).

Bid price vs. Buy it Now price--  If you want to "buy it now" then select that option.  However, If you select the "bid" price, the "buy it now" option goes away and the item will now be sold to the highest bidder (auction style).  If that last sentence confused you, then you did not take the time to read "how to buy on Ebay" as you were asked to do when you signed up for Ebay...please go back and read it.

For fastest service “PAYPAL” (paypal.com) is the standard way to pay on Ebay.  It's allows you to pay instantly and securely with credit card, debit card, or checking account.  It takes a minute to set up an account.  Money orders and Cashiers checks are also accepted.

Once an auction is won, Ebay charges the seller for the sale.  All winning bids and "Buy it Nows" are final.  Requests to "cancel" bids or "Buy it Nows"  or refunds will not be honored. (This includes situations like "I found my lost keychain", "I sold my car" or "my car got totaled", etc, etc,.).  (Ebay also charges the seller NON-REFUNDABLE listing fees at the time the auction is listed.)

Once you commit to a purchase, you have entered into a legally binding contract.  Winners must pay for the item within 10 days or negative feedback will be posted and a non paying bidder alert (“NPB”) will be reported to Ebay.  NPB alerts result in permanent suspension of user’s Ebay account.  Ebay makes money from one source-- the fees they charge sellers, so they are very strict about NPBs.

No local pickup of merchandise is offered.
