    The item was listed as “new (other)” (whatever that even means). I’ll start with the basics. The programmer clearly was not new. It was loosely thrown into the box, and the outermost box was not packed well. Upon contacting the actual manufacturer of this device, it was found that it is single use only, and this seller is not authorized to sell this programmer. This device did not work, likely because it’s been repackaged. Further, it caused some warning lights on my car to turn on. 0/10 stars.
